We built Coachismo because even seasoned coaches need sharper ways to reflect.
For me, that meant looking beyond the surface sense that a session had gone well. I wanted to know the moments I could name more clearly, patterns I could catch earlier, opportunities I could stretch further.
Coachismo grew from that drive. It helps coaches look at coaching conversations with more structure, more clarity, and less guesswork.
