Victoria Reichenberg is an executive coach with 20+ years of business leadership experience, including leading teams at Visa, Cisco Systems, and Kaiser Permanente. Known for her calm, clear, and deeply human style, she helps executives navigate high-stakes communication, resolve conflict, and build authentic influence. She takes an evidence-based approach grounded in behavioral science, organizational dynamics, and neuroscience. Today, leaders rely on her to move forward with clarity, confidence, and impact. She sees technology as a way to give leaders faster feedback and sharper insights when it matters most. Dr. Justin Graham brings over 15 years of product innovation and technology leadership to Coachismo as co-founder and head of product development. A physician-turned-entrepreneur, Justin has dedicated his career to empowering physicians through technology and professional development. Having witnessed firsthand how coaching and mentorship transform physician careers and well-being, Justin now applies his unique blend of medical training (UCSF, Stanford) and product expertise to make executive coaching more accessible to all professionals. His passion for enhancing human connection and professional growth drives Coachismo's mission to democratize high-quality coaching.
